Welcome to Supersport Half Term Camp! Monday 27th May is a Bank Holiday so we will be open for camp from Tuesday 28th - Friday 31st May. If you are a returning customer great to see you again and you know the drill so please go ahead and book your dates below. If you're new to us here at Accelerate Sports please read our information here and below and please do get in touch if you need anymore information. Our Supersport Holiday Camps take place each school holiday at Woodhouse College N12, offering a fantastic array of sports, games and activities to keep your children amused no matter the weather. We offer day and week (4 day) passes and sibling discounts that are calculated automatically at checkout as long as all the children are on the same booking. We provide both standard (9:30 - 4:30pm) and extended (8:30 - 5:30pm) days which you can select from the options when making your booking. Payment can be made online after booking (this will carry a platform fee) or via bank transfer, please see bank details at checkout. We also accept childcare vouchers - please make your booking and email deanna@accelerate-sports.co.uk to let us know you will be paying via vouchers. We are registered with HMRC tax free childcare and most childcare voucher Companies and just get in touch should your provider require our account number. Camp notes
Important Camp Information:
- Please make sure your child is sent with a packed lunch, water bottle and snacks. We take many snack breaks and the children are very active and therefore hungry! Please note we are a nut free camp.
- We run a tuckshop at the camp where items cost a maximum of £2. If your child would like to purchase something please ensure they have a small amount of money.
- Drop off and collection is at the small gate to the left as you come through the main gates at Woodhouse College. Information on early drop offs and late pick ups will be sent to you prior to the start of camp. If you have booked a late pick up please ensure you have arranged for collection of your child by the 5:30pm closing time.
- Please ensure your child is dressed in sports appropriate clothing and trainers.
- We accept online payments (fee applicable), bank transfers, HMRC Tax free childcare and childcare vouchers. Please email deanna@accelerate-sports.co.uk if you need assistance. Payment is due at the time of booking.
- Cancellations will only be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the camp start date. Please email us in this instance.
- Please ensure your profile is up to date with any important medical information and photo permissions are as they should be. We will not photograph any children who do not have permission.
- Epi-pens must be labelled and handed to a member of staff on arrival to be returned at the end of each day.
