Hi Parents & Carers, We are so excited to be able to offer another summer of multisport madness at Woodhouse College for your children to enjoy an active, friendly and most important fun summer break!
Camp notes
EARLY BOOKING RATE VALID UNTIL FRIDAY 28TH JUNE. Please note payment must be made at the time of booking to accept this offer.
Week 1 is Thursday 25th & Friday 26th July, please select the day option to book these days and not the week option, thank you.
IMPORTANT CAMP INFORMATION:
- Please make sure your child is sent with a packed lunch, water bottle and snacks. We take many snack breaks and the children are very active and therefore hungry! Please note we are a nut free camp.
- Sun cream must be applied by yourselves prior to the camp day starting. Weather permitting we try to utilise our outdoor facilities as much as possible during the summer months.
- We run a tuckshop at the camp where items cost a maximum of £2. If your child would like to purchase something please ensure they have a small amount of money.
- Drop off and collection is at the small gate to the left as you come through the main gates at Woodhouse College. Information on early drop offs and late pick ups will be sent to you prior to the start of camp. If you have booked a late pick up please ensure you have arranged for collection of your child by the 5:30pm closing time.
- Please ensure your child is dressed in sports appropriate clothing, trainers and brings a hat or cap to protect them from the sun. On Fridays we have our exciting water wars so please ensure your child brings a change of clothing and a towel.
- We accept online payments (fee applicable), bank transfers, HMRC Tax free childcare and childcare vouchers. Please email deanna@accelerate-sports.co.uk if you need assistance. Payment is due at the time of booking.
- Cancellations will only be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the camp start date. Please email us in this instance.
- Please ensure your profile is up to date with any important medical information and photo permissions are as they should be. We will not photograph any children who do not have permission.
- Epi-pens must be labelled and handed to a member of staff on arrival to be returned at the end of each day.
