Hi Parents! Here we go again for another week of Supersport fun from Monday 16th - Friday 20th February at Woodhouse College for your children age 4-13. We are looking forward to welcoming your children for our packed schedule of sports, games and activities that are all designed to teach and boost core skill sets as well keeping them active, entertained and having a fantastic time. Not just for sporty kids, if your child is active and keen to have fun then this is the place to be! For those quieter moments we have a Lego, art and play room for the juniors while our older children enjoy bonding in the senior chill out room equipped with table tennis, board games, a cool air-hockey table and retro arcade machine. Now for the less exciting info for parents...... - You can make daily or weekly bookings for your children, weekly bookings are at a discounted rate. - Sibling discounts are automatically calculated at checkout as long as the siblings are on the same booking. Please bear in mind we cannot add this once you've booked. - Our standard day is 9:30am - 4:30pm and you can add early drop off's from 8:30am and/or late pick up's up until 5:30pm. - We are Ofsted registered so can accept childcare vouchers and HMRC tax free credit, more information can be found on that in the camp notes. - Please note online payments through this site will incur a small platform fee, you are welcome to pay via bank transfer to avoid this fee. - If you have any queries at any time please do email deanna@accelerate-sports.co.uk and don't forget to have a read through our camp notes below for more information. Camp notes
Hello! Please read below for all the info you will need prior to attending camp.
Please ensure that all payment is made at the time of booking, scroll down if you would like to pay via childcare vouchers or tax free childcare.
IMPORTANT CAMP INFORMATION:
- Please make sure your child is sent with a packed lunch, water bottle and snacks. We take many snack breaks and the children are very active and therefore hungry! Please note we are a nut free camp.
- We run a tuckshop at the camp where items cost a maximum of £2. If your child would like to purchase something please ensure they have a small amount of money.
- Drop off and collection - please note our staff will be at the small gate just beyond the large gates at Woodhouse College from 9:20am and we will bring the children out at 4:30pm for collection. If you have booked an early drop off or late pick up, please make your way to the sports hall (we will send directions prior to camp starting) to drop and collect your child.
During our normal camp hours, if you need to collect your child early or drop off late please let us know in advance where possible. Please note all the external gates are locked during the day and you will not be able to enter without our assistance - on arrival please call the number on the gate and we will assist as soon as we are able.
Information on early drop offs and late pick ups will be sent to you prior to the start of camp. If you have booked a late pick up please ensure you have arranged for collection of your child by the 5:30pm closing time.
- Please ensure your child is dressed in sports appropriate clothing and trainers.
- Cancellations will only be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the camp start date. Please see our full cancellation and refund policy below.
- Please ensure your profile is up to date with any important medical information and photo permissions are as they should be. We will not photograph any children who do not have permission.
- Epi-pens must be labelled and handed to a member of staff on arrival to be returned at the end of each day.
- We advise that children do not bring valuable or sentimental items to camp, any belongings are the responsibility of their owner.

Please note we accept online payments (platform fee applicable), bank transfers, childcare vouchers and HRMC tax free childcare. If you wish to pay by childcare vouchers/HMRC please ensure transfer is made within 24 hours of booking. Payment via all other methods is due at the time of booking to ensure the rate offered and your child's place at camp.
Childcare voucher payments - if you wish to pay via CV, we are searchable with all major CV companies and HMRC as Accelerate Sports C/O Martin Infants and Juniors, Plane Tree Walk, N2. If you are using Edenred our reference number is P21328957. Once your payment is received you will be sent a receipt and please email deanna@accelerate-sports.co.uk if you need assistance.

Refund Policy for Supersport Camp
At Accelerate Sports, we are committed to providing a fun, active, and engaging experience during our multisport camp. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve developed the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness, in line with UK consumer law.
1. Cancellation by the Camp
In the event that the camp or any camp day is cancelled by Accelerate Sports due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, instructor illness, or facility issues), we will:
Offer an alternative camp date (subject to availability), or,
Provide a full refund for the cancelled day(s) or camp.
If a prolonged or permanent closure occurs, a prorated refund will be provided based on the number of camp days affected.
2. Cancellation by Parent/Guardian
Notice Provided 14 Days Before Camp Start Date:
If you wish to cancel your child’s place at the camp more than 14 days before the start date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid, not including any platform fees paid.
Notice Provided Less Than 14 Days Before Camp Start Date:
If you cancel your child’s place less than 14 days before the camp starts, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
No Refund After Camp Start Date:
Once the camp has commenced, we do not offer refunds for any missed days due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, holidays, or other commitments).
3. Missed Camp Days
Accelerate Sports does not provide refunds or credits for missed camp days due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.
4. Injury or Long-Term Illness
If your child is unable to attend the camp due to a long-term illness or injury (certified by a doctor), we will offer:
A prorated refund for the missed days, or,
A credit toward a future camp at our discretion.
5. Payment of Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the refund request being approved, and will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that childcare vouchers and HMRC Tax-Free Childcare payments cannot be refunded. In such cases, we may offer a credit toward future camps, at the discretion of the camp.
6. Changes to the Policy
Accelerate Sports reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians and posted on our website. Refund requests will be handled in line with the policy in place at the time of booking.
